About the Founder
Clarence Foster II is a finance student, strategist, and self-defined Narrative Engineer committed to reshaping how communities understand capital, ownership, and power.
As a Narrative Engineer, Clarence examines the systems that shape financial behavior and reconstructs them into frameworks that empower rather than extract. Through CodeClarence, he builds structured tools, educational infrastructure, and strategic models designed to help individuals move from participation to positioning.
